The Small Business Server from Ecognity, provides everything you need to run your business in a simple to use and comprehensive customer management solution. Whether you need a comprehensive contact management system, an easy to use invoicing platform, or an accounts management solution featuring multiple currencies and accounts, Small Business Server from Ecognity is for you.
Our built in invoicing and subscriptions system allows you create one off invoices, and also to retake control of your customer’s subscriptions from your payment gateway provider. This complete independence from payment gateways, allows you switch payment platforms as often as you wish, easily and without loosing customers.

The comprehensive customer contact system provides everything you need to manage your customer contact information.

The customer invoicing system provides the ability to easily produce and send customers a one off invoice, or invoice your customer at regular intervals via the subscriptions system.
Stripe payment gateway built in as standard
The Stripe payments gateways is built into our Small Business Server, which allows your customers to pay their invoices by credit card.
Other payment gateways available on request
We prefer using Stripe, as it is secure and reliable. However we can also support other payment gateways if requested.
Cashbook supporting unlimited bank accounts
Unlike other accounting systems, our Small Business Server supports unlimited cash books in multiple currencies and petty cash.
Customer quotations
Quickly create and track quotations for your customers that automatically update customer contact and invoicing information.
Modular design
Small Business Server is designed so that additional modules can be added on request. Example: Updating users on a Radius server.
Limited access accounts
Limited access accounts allows read only access to your accountants, so they can easily access your accounting.
As standard, the server includes a comprehensive contact management system that also allows you to either scan a QR code, or download a VCard, to import the contact information to any number of devices. Contacts may also be grouped together for easy administration, such as client service groups, or business related service providers. The options are endless.
Also included as standard, is our subscriptions management module. This allows you to take control of your own subscribers and automatic subscription payments, without relying on external services such as PayPal subscriptions or any other payment gateway provider. This enables you to manage your own subscriber base whilst, most importantly, maintaining independence from financial services providers.
Our Invoicing module is also included in our standard Small Business Server. This allows you to easily create invoices in any currency you support, as well as easily see which invoices are outstanding. You can also review invoices before sending via email, and produce period sales reports, as well as export and download the raw data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
The invoice module fully integrates with our multi-currency multi-account CashBook module. You can create cashbooks for all the bank and cash accounts you hold. Payments from subscriptions paid from any of our supported payment gateways, are automatically updated in the cashbook, saving you valuable hours chasing and updating payments. Again, you can produce period expenses reports, as well as export and download the raw data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
The built in Quotation module, allows you to issue quotations for work and projects. This fully integrates with the product management module built into the Small Business Server and will automatically work out the quotation according to the price list you have defined for each product or service.
Features at a Glance:
The Small Business server also supports restricted login accounts that enable you to give remote access to your accountant for example. An dashboard user with accountant privileges can generate reports, but has not access to update records. This saves a great deal if time emailing spreadsheets and financial data to your accountant on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
The modular design enables the server to be extended with any number of additional features, which can be easily built for your server. Examples of these feature include payment gateways such as Worldpay, a helpdesk ticketing system, and radius login servers built from your active subscriber lists.
